History of Radha Krishna Temple

Mr. Bhaskar Chandra Mohanty, the elder brother of reverend
founder Mr. Panchanan Mohanty, was a loyal employee of
Bhanuprava High School, Jambhara, Keonjhar and a dedicated
devotee of God as well.

“Service to Mankind is Service to God” is right line to define him as
he contributed all effort and time for the service of the people. His
alternative attitude and generous dealing with them won the hearts of
millions turning them his fans.

As a selfless disciple of God, he appeased the people of nearby
villages. People enjoyed immense bliss in his company till he
breathed his last on dated 07/09/2007. In his memory heart broken
younger brother Mr. Panchanan Mohanty built up the
Radhagovinda Temple in order to establish spiritual and moral
consciousness in the society where his beloved brother used to sing
Bhajans of God, pray, serve and relish. Gradually the philanthropic
attitude of Mr. Panchanan Mohanty emerged from the temple to a
magnanimous trust name Radhagovinda Foundation.
